A former chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State, Dr Samuel Nwanosike has claimed that He is still the executive chairman of the council.

Nwanosike made this claim on Friday while reacting to the Supreme Court Judgment on the Rivers State political crises which the court ruled on.

Nwanosike was one of former LGA Chairmen whose tenure had ended but was extended by the Martin Amaewhule-led Rivers State House of Assembly for 6 months.

The Supreme Court today ordered the immediate return of Martin Amaewhule and his fellow Lawmakers.

Nwanosike based his claim on the Supreme Court Judgment.

Hahaha see this one...The okrika ex chairman no fit try am sha. He is quick to forget that the same supreme has ruled against wike removing amaechi's elected chairmen in 2015. So who come be the real elected chairmen.

supreme Court already gave judgement the election Fubara conducted was illegal. Go to YouTube and listen to the man that was stylishly supporting Fubara before had to say in channels Tv politics today. He is now canvassing for peace.
As it stands now if Fubara do anyhow by creating more illegalities(impeachable offence) wike guys can use it as a yardstick to impeach him. Supreme Court also gave order money should not be release to Rivers until the needful is done.(Fubara had been humbled).He need eats the humble pie and do the needful else that supreme Court judgement is already a landmine for him to be impeached.
