Any financial crime like hacking perpetuated by North Koreans in another country (mostly a non-friendly country) is backed by the North Korean Government because you can't even browse non- government authorized sites without the government backing

think you should listen to the podcast “the heist” by BBC. This details the extent of the Koreans expertise on digital money and the internet. They are very good… very very good. Sony entertainment Ransome ware, Bangladesh Central Bank, crypto exchange raids, etc.
