In other words, making 100 and 600 naira as meaningless as a ₦5 charge.

Funny thing is most ATM only remove ₦5k to ₦10k max. I hope they do not back charge.

I just hate what tinubu is doing in this country. Im so pained because I saw all this coming, I said it and posted it that this man knows nothing aside from taxing. What nonsense is this for God's sake? Is this man for us or against us?

I withdrew 2k yesterday and was charged N107. for it.
Tinubu is not called T pain for nothing.
The bank are already declaring billions in profits before now. I think now they would declare trillions and fund his 2o27 campaign while the masses continue to suffer.

At least I was able to withdraw N20,000 at once from another bank atm unlike the N5000 they used to restrict one to before.

The govt and all are always quick and fast in implementing policies that burdens the masses but are soooo duuullll in implementing policies that benefits the masses...
Nigerians living in darkness for example,for decades is horrible.

I don't receive SMS alert. Most of us don't know how to manage money. When choosing how you get your transaction alert, you have the option of choosen sms only, email only or both. Email is free while sms charges some money per SMS now that the cost is 6. Calculate how much you will end up paying in a month when you do a lot of transactions.

When opening my account, i didn't see option of email. Is only gt-bank dat does it?

Understand the policy before you start typing!
There is going to still be free withdrawals if you use your Bank's card on your bank's ATM any where it is.
The charges begin to take effect when you use your Bank's card on another banks ATM (#100) per every transaction on an onsite location. Onsite location meaning, Bank A is located in Ojota and have their ATMs there while (100 and #500 surcharge for every 20,000 naira transaction on an off-site location.
Off-site location meaning, Bank A's ATM at let's say a filling station.
The #500 surcharge is going to be displayed on the screen for you to choose whether to continue or not.
I think this is done to encourage transfer and also make money for the banks, Cos most of them are losing on ATM's business, especially off-site location.
My advice is this, make your withdrawals on your bank's ATM or stick to transfer
