how does supreme court freezing federal allocations automatically mean that "e no go see shishi to take work or even pay salaries"?
As it stands now, Rivers State has no running budget based on the court's ruling. Fubara has to present the 2025 appropriation bill before the HOA.
It is an impeachable offense for a governor to spend State money that has not been appropriated by the HOA.
So even spending IGR would be going against the law.

I’m glad common sense prevailed at the end of the day. This is the only reasonable and sensible path to follow. The time for silly games and grandstanding is over. It’s time for all parties to sit together and find a way to ensure that governance is not shut down in the state as a result of the crisis.
That was also my taught but bitter and hatred people say otherwise. Things will normalize by God's grace. Peace to rivers state. Don't listen to crying victim mentality Obidients cos they have not been normal, since Obi's loss. They reason our of emotions, bitterness and hatred.

It is now vividly clear to him that politics is a game , calculate your moves well before you venture into the betrayal league , if care is not taken or if the house want to be evil they will use all his unlawful deeds to impeach him and conduct l.g.a election before he go court come back

Rivers can never be Lagos. They are miles apart.

Wike hold rivers by the jagular, won Rivers for Jagaban such that even Tinubu himself shock.

Rivers people too mumu. Ordinary Wike run them street.
Oh... Don't go there.

How about Lagos one man holds sway. Dictates to Governor and GAC who should hold this or that position?

I am ashamed one man is dictating the pace for you people for over two decades and you keep mute.

I don't respect people like you!😔

Fubara, the Judas.

You were supported by someone who spent all his political arsenal on you, yet you betrayed him in less than a month, along with the entire political family.

It’s good to want to be independent, but why use treachery to beg for power, only to obtain it and betray those whom God used to uplift you?

It baffles me how some Nigerians reason these days, very disturbing how some have chosen wrong over right, it speaks volume of high moral decadence in the country
So @op Fubara should use Rivers State allocation to
Pacify Wike, did the person that aided Wike to
become Governor fought him like he's doing to
Fubara.
Wike is nothing but a greedy politician
His main aim is Rivers State resources
Fubara?
If you don’t want godfatherism, stop depending on godfathers to win elections.

He stylishly avoided the rascals in the house of assembly issues & concentrated on the local government councils

That, in order words" still remain adamant on their position that they have gone for good by decamping , I believe supreme court still have work to do in interpretation further...

The Supreme Court don speak, Fubara must obey the law!
Honestly, president Tinubu's intervention was suppose to be followed by Fubara but Oloriburukus from sad east decieved him. Odilli will be shameful now. You must be grounded and connected to fight a political battle with your benefactor. I pray that peace will be restored. I can't support destruction any part of Nigeria not to talk of my dear south south.

Jagaban never dictate to GAC, you don’t seem to understand Lagos politics.

If Jagaban is one man show, why was Fashola re-elected when it’s evident Tinubu never wanted him for second term? Even Ambode, Tinubu still tried standing for Ambode before the other comrades told him that they are not behind him.

Even recently, why was Lagos house of assembly able to impeach Obasa without Tinubu knowledge?

What you guys fail to understand is that a state can like a party and they will be pro that party. There are traditional PDP states and APC states? Lagos just fall in the traditional APC category. Even at that, Obi still won Lagos and Atiku won Osun.

If Tinubu hold the state by the jagular, how could that have happened?

You are very correct. They advised Fubara wrongly.

I watched the video of his statement about the Supreme Court today, man voice is just shaking and you can clearly see he is being pushed. He is not rugged enough like his kid supporters project him to be

I'm in Rivers state and if this fight lingers till 2027, with what I observed from Friday till today, Fubara won't see draw in 2027. Forget about the noise on social media. With or without LGA Chairmen on wikes side, in 2027, Fubara will be decimated.
Then why is wike shouting my structure my structure ?

Why is wike keep saying that " No body will destroy my structure" before the local government chiarmen election that happens last year October ? After fubara men win the local government chiarmen election, wike started sponsoring his boys to burn local government council like Eleme and ikwere.

After the violence. Chiarmen loyal to Fubara was sworn in and wike became Silent and quiet.

So which structure is wike talking about ?

The Answer is simple. LG chiarmen, ward chiarmen and Counsellors together with the general grassroots of Rivers state which wike has lost.

Wike is like a general without a soldier. Wike needs those structure back because he use it to rig election and write results. But with Fubara still controlling those structure, it will be hard for him that why he want fubara to be impeached as soon as possible.

Wike doesn't want fubara to stay there till 2027. He wants fubara to be removed Asap.

Since godfatherism is so enjoyable, why don't you go and suck a godfather's balls and let them make you gov so you can show everyone how to enjoy being a subservient gov
Some of you just come here and write nonsense to defend useless, corrupt politicians
Even in the same SW, the only state where godfatherism has been successful is Lagos
In Oyo, from Lam to Ladoja, they all rejected the overbearing Adedibu
Were Lam and Ladoja alto treacherous or Judas?
Or shall we speak of Ekiti where no party has ruled for twelve years straight until APC just recently?
What about Ondo? Tell me about Mimiko and even Aketi who all rejected godfatherism

Fubara did the right thing. Wike also benefitted from people who helped him into office and he never allowed anyone to dictate to him how to run his state

Where is Obaseki, how? Didn’t he finish his two terms? What do you guys call betrayal? For Christ’s sakes, no state belongs to any former governor. This ain’t done in democracy na. Why are we like this? Does everything have to be papa and pikin based? No institution grows through godfatherism.

Make your mark and let others lead. Let governors and presidents choose who they aspire to be like in leadership style like we see in the west where they aspire to be better than the best of the best of their leaders.

We should stop enabling godfatherism. It places a huge demand on the state. Servicing these godfathers is at the expense of the populace. Let’s wake up!
you are so funny.the people who fight god fatherism always try to become god fathers.why was obaseki pushing for asue?this Fubara u are seeing now if he destroys god father wike he will stil want a successor.Nigerians and double standards.Let me tell u the right thing to do.if u know u don’t like god fatherism or people bringing u to govt.reject the offer from the beggining.Dont accept and begjn to fight the people who labored to bring u in.If u check the definition of betrayal?u will understand me better.Talking about Obaseki?are u aware he is hiding?Do u know where he is now?is he not supposed to be attending pdp functions? He now carries the face of a betrayal and nobody is comfortable doing anything with him.mind u,I don’t support god fatherism. But I also do not support out smarting anyone that has helped u.i reject help a lot from people if I notice is a Greeks gift.

Maybe you need an interpreter to enable you decode my phase .... I'm for the lawful 27lawmaker and with this, I expect you to read slow and get me point
in the first place, do you know the meaning of the word "phrase"?

from your post, can you show me the "phrase" that you want an interpreter to help me "decode"?

is the problem with your write about interpretation or simply poor grammar and your poor grasp of written english?

Levels1:
And is this equally on the register list of PDP that they have defected ?

And I believed is equally on APC that they are card carrier member too?

moreso I believed both APC and PDP state chairmen acknowledge that they have indeed cross carpet too ?

And the ward chairmen of the 27 lawful member have shown that they indeed resign from the wards ?

if all this are stated , then the videos you posted will be rely on.

The law only recognise that a defections to take place, it must come from the Ward chairmen via resignation but unfortunately nothing of such take place
what is the "this" you are referring to?

what is "register list of PDP"?

if you "believed" as highlighted above, what do you now believe?

what do you mean by "the videos you posted will be rely on"?

do you even understand your own english grammar?

They were not registered under any party or else which made it impossible for Fubara to replace them. If they had decamped, joined and register themselves under a different party, Fubara will have the constitutional powers to boot them out and appoint new house members.
