Where is Obaseki, how? Didn’t he finish his two terms? What do you guys call betrayal? For Christ’s sakes, no state belongs to any former governor. This ain’t done in democracy na. Why are we like this? Does everything have to be papa and pikin based? No institution grows through godfatherism.

Make your mark and let others lead. Let governors and presidents choose who they aspire to be like in leadership style like we see in the west where they aspire to be better than the best of the best of their leaders.

The law only recognise that a defections to take place, it must come from the Ward chairmen via resignation but unfortunately nothing of such take place

That is not the cause of the fight. The cause of the fight is that Wike wanted to be still in control of Rivers State resources even after his exit from the the office. Fubara refused to bow to some of his terms and conditions as the Governor

They were not registered under any party or else which made it impossible for Fubara to replace them. If they had decamped, joined and register themselves under a different party, Fubara will have the constitutional powers to boot them out and appoint new house members.
