I do not know if it is just me, but so far I am yet to read of any real allegation against Akpabio from Natasha. What I have read so far is that, at his house opening ceremony (which suggest that it was an event), while holding her hand in front of everybody including her husband, told her she could visit the house at any time. Note that this is his family house that will probably have his family members present at various times, including all the domestic staff.

So, in that context, someone should please explain to me how that kind of open invitation has now become "I want to sleep with you"?

I am yet to read anywhere where it was said that he promised her a lambo or will give her more privileges if only she slept with him. That is when you can claim abuse of office.

If the Speaker is accused of misconduct.... shouldn't there be an investigation to find out if it's true or not? ... and action taken against him if it's true or her if it's a false accusation? From the comments one can see how we as a society prefer to jump to conclusions based on gender...based on tribe. .. based on religion ...based on financial status ...based on Party politics ...based on complexion (natural or self made doesn't matter)... or based on nationality. We are not rational ... we make decisions based on the messenger instead of the message. And we wonder why Politicians ...Police ... Pastors ... soldiers ... lecturers ... Pastors ... the rich ...
