Be disappointed in your very own sycophancy.
Nigeria politics has mature beyond praising the president for every little policy. Ones that don't have an impact on the common citizens. Every available data points to that.
Don't be an asslicker bro.

na dem go tire. Dangote is going to 600 soon. Imagine if there is no dangote refinery, we will be buying almost 1500 amid scarcity.
In terms of the price war Dangote cannot win the price war against government own refineries under the management of NNPC if government decides to go full throttle! The government can afford to sell at 600 if it feels dangote's undermining it...dangote cannot afford to sell at 600 except you don't want him to pay off his debt.

By Wednesday Dangote will be selling #750 per liter in spirit of Lent being Ash Wednesday.

NNPCL struggling for breathe.

Clearly, you are not a proper DS. if you cannot understand simple data analysis

How a nation that produces crude oil, exports that crude and then goes ahead to be importing petrol, a product made from the same crude that she exports because she had not had a functioning refinery and you think it does not affect the common citizens is really really disappointing.

You can play politics all you want but If you do not know or appreciate that fact, then I do not know what to say.

Like they 'reduced' everything because of elections in Lagos & kick them back up three-folds after the elections. APC & LIEs are like 5&6

I wish more refineries would come onboard. The president should license more capable companies interested in building refinery. If more refineries could come onboard, fuel price would crash to not more than 500/litre
The federal government licenced over 21 companies to build refineries

I presume this government is favoring you and your family. If yes, then I say lucky you.
Otherwise bro., you need to drop this sycophancy mode, and face your life. Asslicking governments is not so much worth it.
A simple visit to NBS website will show you how the nation is faring in national debts, gdp and inflation rate. That's if they are painting the real picture to the public.

This is a dangerous game form dangote, government need to checkmate him and support other organisations against is game plan. His strategy is to price other players out of market being short, medium or longer time once it's remain only him in market, he we now do as he wishes.
He should not be allowed to reduce the price.

This makes Tinubu a very wicked leader. They are unnecessarily looting the people.

"In a public notice on the price reduction, NNPCL Dangote announced three partner off-takers in Lagos: MRS at N860 per litre, AP at N865 per litre, and Heyden at N865 per litre."

Op take correction.

Oh, I didn't know that.

It's time to tell them to build or have their licenses revoked and given to capable companies ready to build immediately. If fuel price could crash, then price of other products would crash. And that's when people would realize the beauty of the president's policies.

I just don't want some other president to come later and take the glory of the president's policies because it would eventually pay off in a couple of time

Government should open the market further to allow for more players this will further promote price war and eventually reduce the product price

This price war between them only shows that they have been overcharging Nigerians.

They should bring the fuel price further down.

I now see the sense in leaving the market open. If not for the competition, none of them would have reduce prices as they are doing.

But NNPC no get enough capacity to compete with Dangote for now. Make them no go break knee.
Ofcourse

If NNPC get committed to local refineries his wish would not come to pass but if NNPC keeps playing games Dangote monopoly is inevitable.

Alaye it's all about competition. If dangote were to be only source in Nigeria, price would have approached that 1500 you mentioned there. Don't you know what dangote stands for?

I just hope all this crash are in line with best practice. Both you and your competitor are too big to fail, your failures would have disastrous consequences on the economy, because any small shake you would be posting losses, because you didn't prepare for the dry days.

Your jagaban is failing as you can see. Wait a minute, so dangote isn't a monopoly anymore? We knew this would happen. Only illiterates supporting tinubu and attacking the innocent dangote who came on board to rescue the nation were calling him a monopoly. NNPCL will fade out, likewise those importers tinubu appointed to be bringing petrol from the Malta blended facility very soon. As you can see, they're declaring losses already. When tinubu and NNPCL were appointing 3 marketers, including his own to be importing petrol despite dangote saying he could surpass local supply, I knew tinubu would lose this war laslas cos it was too big for him. You can't be president and be a businessman same time. Only a greedy human does that.
