There's no IRBM that can have a range of more than 4000km...Only the Chinese DF series have such range..and this is because can be fired from mobile launchers.. Thus their operational range can be increased..

If valuable hardware like that don't have mobile launch capacity they are just sitting ducks and can be taken out in a preemptive strike.

All the nonsense you typed doesn't even make sense, your knowledge of military platforms is a disgrace. Ode!

There's no real difference between an high range IRBM and a low performance ICBM's. With a low enough payload an IRBM can approach it's maximum range but ICBM's trigger nuclear alerts in most countries including the United States and Russia and qualifies as nuclear testing which is mostly prohibited under multiple treaties especially the TPNW.

The range of an Oreshnik is 5000km and in typical fashion instead of simply pleading ignorance about how the Oreshnik is fired, you displayed your ignorance for the entire world to see. Land based systems are not just stationary or fixed they include mobile platforms too

The Oreshnik is designed to be fired from mobile platforms like nearly all Russian missile systems even the R-28 Sarmat the most powerful missile in Russia's inventory.

I can't believe I'm saying this a key feature of missiles is that they can be transported and fired making it's location difficult to pinpoint in a kinetic engagement.
