The work they do is the result you see in the region, the same industrial spirit they take with them wherever they go.

That said, Nigeria's largest proven gas deposit is in the southeast, and if you know anything about the nature of hydrocarbon occurrence, I would not need to educate you about oil, then coal, etc.
