The land did not make them rich while they were in Nigeria, so they sold it to move to a nation where wealth flows, got rich and bought the lands again. So the point is that the have riches and lands together. So AY stop discouraging people from making life changing decisions.

Lands is effectively the most stable with the highest return.
No other investment comes close.

One can INVEST here, yes you can't pass to your wards to inherit tho (Direct inheritance is not automatic unlike Nigeria, becos they have to pay Inheritance Tax like £50k - £100k) but there are better ways to leave PROPERTIES to your wards, which is "TRUST" ( it's a wisdom profitable way, by opening a company and purchase properties , it saves u from partner who also want to part away with your properties and any of your lineage will be in charge of these properties with out the pay of INHERITANCETAX ).

PROPERTIES accumulation in NIGERIA is not a WISE MOVE, it's not an INVESTMENT at all (can u change the money to abroad denom and spend monthly where u stay ? no
