No Court has the power to stop the Senate, the House of Representatives or any sub-group thereof from performing any of their Constitutional duties. You can only go to court to challenge the outcome or result of such duty.

The Court will vacate the order once the Senate enters defence and shows cause why she should appear before the ethics committee.
If you don't know how court processes work, just shut up.

If she any kind of evidence qgaist d senate president and show proof that ethics Committee will compromise. The court has every right to intervene.

Natasha out of naivety placed the cart before the horse, there are due process and protocols

If she has any case against any senator within the house, she registers her case with the disciplinary committee and if their judgment is unsatisfactory she then can proceed to the court of jurisdiction, that's the sensible process.

House of assembly has it's own check and balance, even the court will need the senate disciplinary c'mttee investigative report to review and give a verdict.

The matter that the Senate Committee is to sit upon arrived out of an internal matter within the Chambers. And the matter was referred to the Committee by a resolution of the House. It is all about the Constitutional function of the Senate. So, it cannot be restrained by any court. Such action can only be subjected to judicial review afterwards.

Natasha isn't a decent person. Never has been. She will be suspended and nothing will happen.

She deserves two years suspension for taking the Senate to Court. This is a constitutional crisis and the Supreme Court should sanction the Judge.

The Supreme Court has no jurisdiction on this matter let alone a High Court Judge. This is a DEI/Quota System Judge
