Good morning,
Pls i need your help @OyoTunjiUSA
I paid my MRV fee online on Friday, and it was successful . Someone in the USA paid for me, but didn’t print the confirmation receipt after. I saw that i have to take the MRV fee receipt for the interview. Is the MRV fee receipt the confirmation receipt, and is there any way i can get it again?
The person thought they were going to email the receipt to me, and I should wait till my pre approval request finishes processing.

I’ll really appreciate your help. Thank you.
How did you solve this situation?

Actually during my own payment, though I used the EFT( bank transfer method) to pay for my visa fee, the receipt was emailed to me immediately after the payment and I was even unable to download the receipt as the website just kept rolling…

I recently did WES. My school sent my transcript electronically to Wes, Jan 20... Wes completed my evaluation Feb 13... It was $246 (about 395k)
That’s actually long though, I opted for IEE, if they are not fast, I might just still pay for WES. Let’s see how it goes.

WES

Any NACE member. FIS, an OLD evaluation organization is good and affordable. Adding $50 to the Document by Document gives a more thorough evaluation. They can keep your documents for 5 yrs for you and if you need to send to another organization next time, you may just add $30 extra unless if they want a Modified Document By Document. Several advantages with them.
Wow, I guess WES over others though. Just using IEE because of some features, let me just experiment them. Hopefully they will deliver before deadline.

I paid by card and I wasn't able to download the MRV receipt so now I'm trying to get a way to solve this.

Please I need your advice guys.

My husband started his Phd in the US last year and I tried to join him over there through F2 visa in November but was not approved at the embassy.

Can I switch to F1 and apply to schools?
How will the consular officer sense that changing from F2 to F1?
I decided to reapply for F2 Visa . In my new application, what should I write as reason for previous denial because I don’t want to be specific.

Also, what duration of stay can I put in my DS 160 because I intend to stay till my husband ends his programme.

Hello house, I have a few questions that I will appreciate your thoughts and input.

I am 28years old. I am considering applying for an undergraduate degree in Nursing in the US.
I already have a first degree in Physiology in Nigeria.
I am wondering what are my chances of getting a study visa given my age and the fact that I already have a first degree.

My sister who works in the U.S and is a US citizen plans to sponsor me and pay my tuition. Will this be an advantage or will it count against me.

Is it better I apply for a Masters degree.
Please I need honest advice, so I can make informed decisions so and so I wont pursuea path that is almost certainty fail.

Thank you

Please I need every positive input I can get

What response can I give to the question: why changing or switching from computer information system ( had no funding )to communication studies ( very little deficit)
N/B I have a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and currently working as a communication officer. As at the time of my last visa Denial I was working as a database administrator. It’s been a year and some months since the last denial
Re: General USA Student Visa Enquiries-part 18 by welf99: 7:54pm On Mar 03, 2025
Previous denial - Quote the code on the form handed over to you
Duration of stay: Till the end of the F1 Study or whatever year is left, or you can write 1 year depending on the F1 study situation.

Hello, is there anyone that still has their application on pre-approval stage since November 2024 and if there is how can we get our money back since the avits visa system is all screwed up? I applied for my sister last November but her application has been on the pre-approval stage since then. I have emailed them several times, created multiple tickets but nothing has been done. I just want to know how I can pass this.
Re: General USA Student Visa Enquiries-part 18 by JMG12: 12:03pm On Mar 04, 2025
Yes, applying for an MSc related to your work experience (if applicable) or degree acquired will be better. Deviating from Physiology/work experience to Nursing might not truly reflect your genuine intent to the visa officer.

Your response should focus on three key points: career alignment, financial feasibility, and professional growth.

For f2 that study nurse,is it ideal to disclose it on her job description or work experience, hope it wouldn't raise a reg flag,
Also concerning length of stay, 7 years is wat is on f1,would it be advisable to add 6 years on f2 application

Apply for masters related to your bsc and work, wen you get there you can transfer to a college for your nursing, have someone that did that route, why college it’s cos BSN is way more expensive than ADN

How Long Does It Take to Get a France Visa?

If you're applying for a France visa from UK, the processing time generally takes a minimum of 1 week. However, in some cases, it may take up to 3 weeks or more, depending on the Embassy's evaluation.

Documents Required for a France Visa Application:
To apply for your France visa, you need to submit the following documents:

Completed Application Form
Two Passport-Size Photographs
Passport & Previous Visas (Must have at least 2 blank pages)
Valid UK Resident Permit/BRP Card
Travel Insurance (Coverage of at least €30,000 for the entire Schengen area)
Flight & Hotel Bookings (Including return tickets)
Tickets for Travel Within Schengen (If applicable)
Recent Bank Statement (Proof of financial means)

For the most up-to-date information and to apply for your visa, it may take 3 weeks or more depending upon the evaluation done by the Embassy. For more information, you may required to visit official website -visit: www.francevisaagent.co.uk

Yes disclose it under job description or work experience. No its not a red flag because thats your job. Length of stay would be till tyhe end of F1 study, if 6yrs is left write 6yrs. What VO is interested in is if the marriage is genuine and if you guys have the finance or sponsor.
