Take a close look. Every serious government will be very transparent. They just alocate shabby figures. They know Nigerians (the gullible ones) will not say anything. Hence this day light rubbery.

Oyo-Ogbomoso road, the proverbial cat with nine lives has been awarded severally in the past from when RCC was conceptualized and used as front to award contracts to the late Oni of Ife.It shall never be well with the generations of these politicians who've converted road projects to perpetual non-completed projects, and not that the terrain is so challenging
