The next day, the cowards claimed that they did not decamp. What happened to the live show that we all witnessed? Even APC that received them openly same moment turned around to say that they did not decamp. What a bunch of cowards in the name of politics. The case is still in court as we heard.

Where you guys got the idea from that once a lawmaker defects, he automatically loses his seat is what i don't understand. For the avoidance of doubt, when there is a division in the party that sponsored the lawmaker, he can defect without losing his seat. So, who determines if there is a division in a party? Only the court. The governor or anyone else cannot make that decision. And until the court rules that there was no division as envisaged by law, the lawmakers remain members of the house. It is absolute political rascality for the governor to wake up one day and declare the seats of elected lawmakers vacant and then demolish the State House of Assembly complex. Such madness must not be allowed to go unchecked.
