“It is a big embarrassment to our nation that the head of the anti-corruption agency in an administration led by the African Union (AU) anti-corruption champion, and which prides itself on zero tolerance for corruption, is being dragged in allegation of looting recovered funds and other barefaced frauds.”Transparency International was right about their anti-corruption rating of this government under Buhari. 15 Likes 3 Shares |

Magu should be given the opportunity to defend himself. If found guilty, appropriate punishment should be melted out. But alas, something is fishy. This government is a big disappointment with his kangaroo approach of solving every problem. 5 Likes |

Vyzz: Under Army rule we had much of the same corruption, stealing and favouritism, to say nothing of tribalism. And the economy was not necessarily in good shape. Plus, the repression then makes Buhari's repression as a democratic leader look tame. Buhari in 1984 would have just jailed you for 200 years. Buhari civilian can't do that. Democratic rule is better than army rule. In fact, Nzeogwu and company did Nigeria a big disservice by overthrowing the democratic government of that time. Likewise Buhari in 1983. The truth is, if they were dissatisfied with the corruption in power, they would have done better to resign and run for office. 2 Likes |

Hmmm... I wish they know that nobody has to steal, together we can join hand to make Nigeria great and respected among Committee of Nations. They should let the money circulate to be invested into farming and industrial production.

We are patiently waiting to get to the root of this serious issue. If guilty he should face the law squarely, If not, let justice prevail. There is more than meet the eye in this matter. Some corrupt people may be behind all these, according to Oga Chidi. ....................... ...................... ...................... More from Oga Chidi below. ..... I weep as I write this. I weep because it hurts that people would have the audacity to misinterpret the noble actions of a man of integrity like Mr Magu. But I shall weep no more. Instead, I will expose the grand web of lies and conspiracies by the cabal at work here! All you keypad warriors don’t know anything. I will prove that Mr Magu is a true patriot and an innocent man! I have looked at the eyes of several of his pictures and what I see there is an innocent man! It is better to let 100 criminals go free than to wrongfully imprison 1 innocent man. I rest my case. Sincerely, A Concerned Citizen We are patiently waiting for the Grand finale. May justice prevail, Guilty or Not Guilty! If guilty, be jailed, If not guilty, otherwise. |
