A lot of surveys and environmental impact investigations, funding negotiations, profit-sharing arrangements, etc etc.....some places where certain minerals have been discovered by satellite or something, there are no roads leading there at all because they are in the middle of nowhere. So we have to build the roads to reach there first, which can take a couple of years at least!

I mean, these things drag on for years before anything is on ground!

Yes the positives from the travels are beginning to trickle down...the student loan is one of such thats is working WELL....due to the foreign expatriate consultants working with tetfund and the ministry of finance..

The silent turnaround in Agriculture is also there to see..2000 "pilot phase" tractors are already in the country for farmers to use and the farmers aren't outrightly buying it to use..it will be made so easy for them to get..and that's just the 1st 2000...another 30,000 or so are on the way..that's HUGE!!!!!

Even before that,food prices in the north are beginning to come down a bit ...slowly but SURELY!

And the MASTERSTROKE...Total and final pms subsidy removal...has now started to reduce our petrodollars flight...pms is now 850 from 1050...it will get down to 500 by the time BUA's refinery in Akwa Ibom starts running by the end of this year and also Kaduna refinery..the price of EVERYTHING is affected seriously by the price of petrol...you will then begin to UNDERSTAND..
