Renowned Nigerian musician, Teniola Apata popularly known as Teni has expressed that despite her millionaire status, money can not guarantee good health.
In an Instagram post on Wednesday, she shared a video of herself lying in a hospital bed while receiving medical treatment.

In the clip, she revealed that she had been diagnosed with malaria after experiencing weakness and loss of appetite for two weeks.

Additionally, she called on Oba Elegushi to address the mosquito problem in the Ikate area of Lagos state,

People travel to India, usa and far away to receive the best possible treatment for even headache and more deadly ailments the poor can't afford.

Malaria is not ordinary o. Many of us may not consider malaria as a serious sickness, but it has killed more people than HIV, ebola and corona all join together.

Seems there is a mosquito epidemic in ikate , lekki and ajah environ.
Blocked drainage, unhygienic disposal of refuse especially water bottles and pure water nylon seems to be a factor.
Cleanliness and hygiene is next to good health.
Let us learn to dispose refuse properly and clear our drainage of stagnant water

Mosquitoes have bitten me to the level that I'm almost immune to their bite. Nah hunger be the main issue now.

I thought it was heart failure or diabetes she was worried about. Malaria na three to five days treatment. She will be alright.
