We want an independent assessment and verification of these numbers being bandied around by APCs Internet hirelings and agbadorian dingbats alike. Once they start parroting one propoganda line this way, be rest assured that the "talking point" was handed down to them by their tribal handlers at Abuja. It is starting to look as suspicious as the quantity of oil outputs they ascribe to South Eastern states. They will tell you the south-east produces no oil and contributes zilch to VAT, but once the same South east asks to be allowed to go, Abuja starts having a fit of fear laced with all sorts of public meltdowns.
