Question for Lawyers in the house , are the house rules binding to the point of denying a federal legislative the constitutional right to represent their people in the congress ?
PS I will like to know what punishment the US congress will give that Texas senator who stood up and interrupted Trump during his state of the union speech . Nigeria and overdo .

If you're in support of that Suspension, you need your morality, upbringing and education examined. I'm not saying the allegations are true? But where does the accused preside over suspension of the accuser? What happened to the law term "you can't be the judge in your own case"?
