If i understand what the senate did is that, it's not disputing the issue of harassment, but failure of the female senator to follow the rules of business of the house, that's why they're against her, not the issue of harassment. And she still have the right to go to court, let us be clear on this.

For example, if you're doing something wrong in the senate house you would be advised because it's assumed you don't know, but if after you continue it's seen as deliberat and not wanting to follow the rules and there is penalty for sich behavior. This is what they have done for now, and it's different from the harassment issue.

All what she need to do now is to apologize to her colleagues and she would be reconsider from suspension, she can then present the issue of harassment.
