There are two separate cases: the first case referred by the Senate to the Senate Committee on ethics and privileges - The Unruly, disruptive and disrespectful behavior of Natasha Apoti Uduaghan on the floor of the Senate when sitting arrangements was revised. She refused to move to her seat as assigned by the Senate and severally attempted to communicate from another seat, the Senate President died not recognize her to speak but she became offensive and resorted to insults and uncultured behavior. She desecrated the Senate and disobeyed the rules of the Senate and that matter was referred for investigation and recommendations of the Senate Committee.

She was invited duly and officially but she refused to show up during the investigation leaving the committee no other option but to review the matter based on all evidences before them, especially since most of them witnessed the incident.

That is completely different from her petition of sexual harassment and misuse of powerf filed by Natasha against the Senate President. That was just referred to the committee yesterday and we are still to get their submission on that.

I don't just take mere words of mouth as evidence. She should provide hard evidence just like how a court of law will do by asking you to provide proof of wrongdoing

If the procedure was not followed, don't you think the committee on ethics and privileges would have noted that and indicated it in their report?
