Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Rebecca Nengi Hampson, widely known as Nengi, has announced the arrival of her first child, ThisDay Nigeria reports.

She shared the news on Sunday via an emotional Instagram post, accompanied by pictures.

“The purest form of love… I received the most precious gift on 21-02. My greatest blessing, my heart in human form, my purpose.

God knew I needed you, my baby… I love you more than words could ever explain. It’s us forever 🥺❤️,” she wrote.

Nengi had previously confirmed her pregnancy while dismissing rumours linking the child’s paternity to Bayelsa State Governor, Douye Diri.

She described the claims as false, clarifying that her pregnancy had no connection to any governor.

Governor Diri also denied the allegations, reaffirming that he had no involvement with Nengi’s pregnancy.
