I don't see any reason for anyone to be upset. Is it not dangerous for her to travel to the US days before delivery date? .... she's sent back the same or next day ....so what? If it's dangerous to fly in the trimester period...then she should not be allowed to board in the first place. Maybe they'll now start requiring that information. But let's note ... her visa can be revoked for giving misleading information ... if they believe her intention was to give birth and not to visit as a tourist. Majority of Nigerians using this route are directly or indirectly connected to the government. Even those in the private sector, especially those in the banking industry & government contracting well known for this US birthright shortcut are often the ones helping politicians and government officials siphon Nigeria's commonwealth. When they are done with a lifetime of crime against the people of Nigeria, their US citizen children file for them to move permanently to the US.
