Barring criminal politicians of Nigeria from entering the US should not be enough punishment. There should be more severe punishments for the criminals. Sovereignty clause enables the criminals hide under holding political offices in Nigeria where they perpetuate crimes against humanity. In return, the people they impoverished in Nigeria seek to move out of Nigeria. They choose the US first as place to migrate to.
