Ms Ekeh reaction

People like this Ngozi Grace Ekeh are destructive, jealous beings and because this is the behaviour they have modelled all of their life, they have no capacity for introspection and are indeed narcissistic. She attends cele church and a lot of people who do this are into the occultic.

In my opinion them no get conscience and they are extremely toxic and it is all about the next episode with them. They also believe everything should revolve around them so there is one drama after the other.

They are usually the type of tenants who do not get along with others cos they think their warped sense of reasoning should prevail including pay what they like when they like even when they have the money.

I would usually ask to meet a tenant before I accept to rent but unfortunately this was not possible in Ngozi case cos I am usually good at reading energy and body language.

If you have them as Tenants cut your losses as early as possible and move on.

If you rent and come with the misconception that your renting a room, a flat or duplex comes with the right to approve anything the landlord reasonably wants to do in their compound then you are mistaken.

Always remember that you can’t Lord over your landlord. It saves a lot of headache on both sides.

You need to have and focus on your 2 to 5 year life plan and your 10 year life plan. That way you can have a focus and not be looking at how to pull others down.

I have seen many live rudderlessly without purpose investing their time and resources on gossip and pulling others down. Grown men and women would leave their house as early as 7am in the morning to assemble at paraga joint looking to drink on credit

Ngozi Grace Ekeh was living in the street so she had access to any gossip about me and my property when she decided to move in and start her war.

The simple rule was pay your rent. Frankly speaking I don’t know why a tenant needs to be told this except a person coming to steal.

Apparently it is recoverable as part of mense profit so I have asked the Barrister to include this.

The bailiff would just recover it from her business assets.

Please do. It annoys me when people pay more in legal fees than they get in damages.

Oh. And do include damages for the doors and windows she broke, and the rent you lost due to other tenants not willing to pay because of the disturbance she caused.

I have updated the application.

I have no knowledge that she has broken any doors and windows at the present time and will carry out an external inspection next week.

At least we know the location of her business for any recovery.

I honestly don't know you other than your moniker and also stumbling across a thread like this which is actually breaking several forum rules.

What if you are wrong?

Ngozi is suspected to have interfered with the CCTV. For 4 days all went down but we have succeeded in getting 5 of 6 back up save for the one she is complaining about which a physical examination will confirm what the status quo is.

With people like Ngozi their trouble no dey stop chances are she has interfered with the CCTV.

I wonder if she is one of the Igbo who came to Lagos to move in and destroy. Considering they claim Igbo own 90% of Lagos but still her last landlord is Yoruba and similarly I am Yoruba and for both na trouble she make after making her fraudulent application for housing such that she was evicted.

She is refusing to leave but must know she can’t stay. She is only delaying the inevitable because her own customers who are themselves Landlords may start to do to her what she is doing to me.

Nigerian Barrister dey play with me. I don’t know if it’s because they are both Igbo me i no dey play games and no story story.

I instructed and paid to have Ngozi evicted on 20th February 2025 and as at 24th March 2025 he is yet to file. No do, no do she will leave.

Ngozi is living in a house without paying her rent. The last payment she made is in June 2024 but she has expectations that her own customers will pay her.

Instead of putting his money in the bank, Mr Adeyemi said he gave it to collections person who has run away with it. He wants me to quit him and agreed to move out on 28th February 2025 but now wants 31st March 2025.

3) Mr Idahosa and Mrs Idahosa( nee Njoku) outstanding sums 375k effective 1st February 2025 and on 1st of February 2025 promised to pay unfailingly by 28th February 2025 and on 1st March again promised to pay unfailingly by 31st March 2025 but in the meantime advised that I could initiate legal proceedings. Wife gets over 1.3m in Salary and Emoluments in December every year but refuses to assist her husband who has unstable income despite her benefits package being the reason why a decision was taken to let to them.

It is important to do your due diligence before letting to tenants.

If fraud, Yahoo Yahoo or 419 (stealing and lying) is their stock in trade they will bring the same to their dealings with you.

We have resolved a possible interference with the CCTV and taken video and Pictures evidence. Their case might end up in Zone 2 lock up if we have credible evidence proving interference with safety and security and prevention of criminal activity.

I have decided if the wife is the one with a stable income, I will not proceed to let. I have looked back at least 3 other similar scenarios and it has not ended well.

Even one who another manager let slip that even forgetting her salary they share up to 200k a month in egunje which was their annual rent. The wife works at Ikeja magistrate court registrar office.

I no get energy to make a responsible man out of the husband or encourage wives to support their husbands.

Ngozi Grace Ekeh on financial basis failed due diligence but her being a woman hustling and trying to do something for herself encouraged me to give her a chance.

Then she gets in and whilst struggling to pay her rent, became a totally entitled nuisance with character flaws even calling police on me for doing what a lot of tenants wish their landlord would do and rude to her landlord old enough to be her mother.

She might be hardworking but her character flaws is her undoing.

Time to move on because however long it takes you would not stay in that house and the more you steal my sweat the more similar awaits you in your life endeavours.

Ms Ngozi Grace Ekeh is digging her heels in and has refused to leave and looking for who to destroy and kill.

To use her word na to ask you to vacate but because she is a freeloader with no shame and dignity she has failed to realise that a tenancy is not a prison and has barricaded herself in instead of freeing herself to live her life.

At 39 Ngozi you are too old to be disrespecting yourself like this.
