God is using the herdsmen as an answer to prayers of some of us. Without a national problem that will lead to disintegration what else will. I pray they continue so that ethnic cleansing will begin soon leading to the long sought for disintegration. The North has been holding us down in the south.

bros na wa to you o! How could Jackson have left him alone?? It was either he killed his attacker or his attacked would have killed him. One of them was going to die either way.

So if thief enter your house and in return you over power him & loses his life. The defendant who was peacefully sleeping at night will be given a death sentence? Should you just wait and watch the assailant take ones life and maybe your loved one. That judgement lacks credibility. May God judge the final judge.

I believe he might have also stated in his confessional state the motive for his action. It was clearly self defense. Well, I'm sure his religion contributed to the verdict given him.

This is a clear case of miscarriage of justice and it casts out any shadow of doubt that indeed the SC has gone bananas!



Self-defense is a provision of the Constitution (the grundnorm) which the SC has turned on its head in this case.



If the SC continues on this shamefully mind-boggling trajectory, it could attract nothing other than opprobrium unto itself.



This is why most State Governors are reluctant in signing the death sentence.



It's one's fervent hope and belief that the State Governor would withhold appending his signature to this glaring case of travesty of justice.



Sunday Jackson must not die!
