But Putin is unpredictable, he always shock everyone like Ukraine in 2014, 2020 and 2024 then Syria in 2015, 2018 and 2020
Ukraine would use the time to rearm, and the Russians know that. That’s why I don’t see them agreeing to a ceasefire.
