If at all, remove the 1k book from the menu. The Bible has enough to address every facet of the christian life. Spread the word undiluted.

Honestly, having the means, I would make this a personal engagement visiting your flock God has entrusted in your care to see how you feed them 1 Pet. 5:2 Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;.
Acts 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

It's a great call that needs not be trivialized.

While it is true that the Bible is our final authority in all life related issues, we still need to read books that throws further light on things we must do to get desired results in different aspects of our lives and ministry.

The Scripture says that you should add knowledge to your faith. Doing things by the power of the Holy Spirit doesn't mean you don't need knowledge. It's the application of the principles contained in the book that will aid church growth, all things being equal.

Except you mean numerical growth. Then you can go on to explore your knowledge on how to do so. Of course, we know there motive behind the this kind of growth.
