Ukraine has no chance to achieve any military goal in this conflict. The only aim of zelensky is to kick start ww3. That is what all his talk of "security guarantees" are all about. If "security guarantees" are granted then once a peace agreement is reached, Ukraine will break the agreement immediately (perhaps with false flag) and blame Russia for it then the guarantee would insure that the USA and NATO would actively fight on this phase of the war.
