That cannot be Creatinine it must be gfr (glomerular filtration rate), or do you mean 2.47?
A normal Creatinine level is something like this 0.7 to 1.3 mg/dl.
Anyway assuming 24.75 is your gfr, it means your Creatinine level will be high eg 2.75mg/dl and above.
Hope you are seeing a consultant nephrologist and not general practitioner. Once your Creatinine is reduced through change of diet, lifestyle and medication also consuming lots of water, avoiding salt, alcohol, smoking, sugar, nasids (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) ie panadol, alabukun, daclofenac etc, stopping red meat etc, your gfr should increase as your Creatinine reduces. Normal gfr is 90 and above, but in some cases 60 is also considered OK. If you have been taking Agbo or cele water, stop it.
I assume you have done ultrasound, if there is no internal damage eg scaring in the kidneys you will be fine with change of lifestyle.

I would advise guys to take these seriously, Nah just kidney infection wey I get, The pain nah hell. I don't detect it very early. I was even urinating blood. But I thank God now, Guess what. I love too smoke weed alot but due to what I pass through I drop that lifestyle sharp because I'm already seeing light in my way and I don't want to be in serious problem in the future when money finally comes. With the pain i pass through, If I'm opportunity to become a billionaire in the future, I will be doing free kidney dialysis, treatment for whoever is a victim..... I'm still praying for recovery though but the treatment is improving

Just try and research it. Try drink enough water but not dat type that will make you heavier! You should understand your system. Just drink to your satisfaction when you are thirsty. Not when you are not feeling thirsty, you will be drinking water.

Although, What I notice is that I help someone to bought some couples of dozen snails some weeks ago and cover with a big rubber at home, I notice that all those snails are dead, I decided to threw everything away and there was a time I urinate on the dead snails and I think maybe that's the reason why I'm urinating blood. But as times goes I was feeling a chronic pain in the left side of my kidney. So I went to the hospital and I was gave some drugs medication, And the doctor told me I would took a shot 💉 for four days. That same night the doctor gave me injection. And what I noticed is that after the injection I was collapsed and couldn't get myself any longer, I was rush to a spiritualist that same night around 12pm and he bring sort of things out in my body but I don't know maybe it's real. But I notice I was feeling relieved when is bringing out those things. Bone, broken bottle, Animal tooth and alot of things but I thank God for life. And I couldn't go to the hospital any longer to complete the injection
