My own is simple, they say it's the curse the bible god placed on Eve that makes women feel pain and even die during childbirth and fortunately Jesus later came to die for that sin that brought the curse, why is the curse still there ? this is your problem, you keep thinking Christianity is a religion. Christianity is not a religion. It borne out from people living like Christ. It is a way of life. And the way is for us to follow the Lord Jesus Christ. We are to take up our cross and follow the Lord Jesus. We to become like Christ. You continue believing in your prophet Mohammed and everything he stand for but if you want to be a Christian, you must believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. There is no other way.
Jesus had a God. And that God has given us his son the Lord Jesus that this my son hear him. Everything we need in this world is in Jesus. God has given us Jesus. So it is our duty as Christian to follow him.
Other prophet had follower but there is no prophet that has tell his followers where they were going. Even your prophet Mohammed doesn't know where hewas going when he died. Be it Buddhism or Islam or any other religion that they have prophet or leaders, no one of them knew where they were going when they want to die and leave this world. Only Jesus told us that he is going to prepare a place for us in the kingdom of his Father in heaven. So we Christian know that we would love a victory life here and need up in heaven. But this cannot be said of the Muslim because your master prophet Mohammed doesn't know where he was going.

So Christianity is not a religion then what is it? Religion is a way of life. Are you saying Christianity is not your way of life? Did Jesus tell anyone to be a Christian? God gave you Jesus because God can't save you himself right? So what is the function of God?

The fact remains that the Prophet told many of his followers that they will be in Paradise. It is a lie that the Prophet didn't know where he was going. He only knew it when it was revealed just like Jesus said he can do nothing by himself. Everything is being directed by God.

Islam is not an Arabic culture as Allah emphasized the fact in the Qur'an that all Prophets were Muslims. This includes Moses, Jesus, John the baptist, David, Jacob, Isaac, Ishmael, Abraham, Solomon, Jonah,etc. However, only Muhammad was an Arab. Arabs were polytheists before Islam became pronounce in Arabia!

The only religion all of the Messengers practiced is Islam.

Noah and Abraham were not Jews nor Christians! But they were Muslims!

The purpose of repentance is that we repair a relationship between us and G-d that we have, through our actions, damaged. Since it is because of our own actions, we have to take responsibility for our actions. We have to acknowledge our wrong doing and through that acknowledgement bring ourselves to improve and to not repeat the same error. We see this in the word for repentance - “Teshuvah” which can also have the literal meaning of “to return”, the purpose of Teshuvah is to return to our relationship with G-d since we have changed ourselves and are returning to our relationship to G-d. The whole purpose of Teshuvah is negated if someone does it for us. How does it show I have changed if someone else does the repenting? How does it show I am working to fix the relationship if someone else does the repenting? For this reason Judaism does not believe in vicarious atonement, if you do not do it for yourself, it does not happen. I have sometimes explained it like this: Judaism is a religion for adults- we blame no one but ourselves for our sins, we expect people to take responsibility for their actions and to fix the errors they made themselves.

You could also look at it from a more technical point of view:

Human sacrifice is forbidden in Judaism- thus Jesus was not a valid sacrifice
Only specific Kosher animals are allowed for sacrifices thus Jesus was not a valid sacrifice.
A sacrifice has to be killed be the standard laws of shechita, Jesus was killed by crucifixion and thus not a valid sacrifice.
A sacrifice has to be killed in the Temple before Mishkan, Jesus was killed away from the Temple.
A sacrifice has to be unblemished- Christian scriptures claim Jesus was whipped, carried a heavy cross, had a crown of thorns put on his head, a spear thrust to his side. All of these would have been blemishes that invalidated him as a sacrifice.
So aside from the fact that the concept of vicarious atonement is foreign to Judaism (and would be seen as a punishment since it denies the person a chance to repair the relationship they have damaged) there are multiple technical reasons why Jesus would have been an invalid sacrifice.

According to Islam whoever believes in one God is a Muslim so all other practices were brought to them by their prophet Muhammad.
They have two different responses when a prophet is mentioned:
"Alei salat asalam"
And
"Salalau alei wa salam"
The first they will say whenever prophets from Israel is mentioned and it means:
"Those who has been blessed and favored by the most high God"

The second they will say only when Muhammad is mentioned and it means:
"May he also be blessed and favored like those before him"

So they keep praying for Muhammad but as for Israelite prophets they are saying those ones have been blessed already!
