What was the conditions Putin said for a ceasefire deal?? Watched the full video.. Putin never said anything about any conditions for a ceasefire..


Putin said that he agrees to an end to this conflict, but there has to be a long-term solution. He said that he needs to speak to US President Donald Trump as he has a number of questions and concerns regarding this deal moving forward

He also said that monitoring the violations of a ceasefire is going to be very complicated, and that there are issues requiring research on both sides

Putin never said anything about conditions for the proposed ceasefire..he was just being skeptical..and needs more information from his American counterpart.
