If that of Rivers State escalates beyond the state government,of course the president will have to step in.
But for now it remains a domestic issue amongst the stakeholders of the state.

And why should you think there must be crisis?
Will the crisis exempt the perpetrators and their kindred?

I agree with you 100%. But Fubara can still land Wike better uppercut if he plays his own game well. He is the governor, he should harvest Wike's loyalist at all cost. PDP is even worst in all this. I am not a fubara's fan o but I hate oppression and high-handedness
