Like I said in the past... We don't take mental health seriously in Nigeria, and Africa as a whole.


The level of frustration and depression in Nigeria today is at frightening levels.

That's why some people don't hesitate to kill or fight at the slightest provocation.

This is a nation that was once termed a country with the happiest people in the universe...!

He wanted to sell the wife house and she heard it and came back from Scotland..
That bro wife was pregnant then for 2nd child, now she is passing Tru alot due to difficult time to take care of the children. I called her to check on her, she told me she was contemplating of suicide b4 my call came in

The truth is we people encourage ppl going through tough time, through our inconsiderate & nonchalant action to commit suicide. This is from experience. They prefer to deceitfully mourn u than to help u. Help doesn't hv to be money though.
