Hi all,

Let's say one invest in real estate of a few flats (and assuming without insurance).

Whereas, the landlord is not living together with tenants. May be someday, he was just called that the house is razed; probably due to tenants carelessness, faulty electrical appliances etc.

Just curious to know: What happens to such investment? Any law on this? Knowing fully well that no tenants will take responsibility.

Even if they do and there's a glaring evidence, how does one recoup investment or gone?
