This incidents should be investigated.

This reminds me an incident that happened a while ago where a guy's car was about to get burnt as a result of electrical fault. He has fire extinguisher but he doesn't know how to use, he just kept pressing it and was shouting "e no gree work"
He didn't know that he was supposed to remove the safety pin before squeezing the nozzle. He's lucky I was around if not his sweet Honda Accord 2012 would have burnt to ashes. I chop enough pepper soup for him head that day.
