In what many have described as a miracle, a car carrying several indigenous people of Enugu was riddled with bullets as they narrowly escaped an attempted kidnapping by armed men suspected to be Fulani herdsmen.

The terrifying incident occurred in Enugu State, where the assailants, reportedly carrying AK-47 rifles, opened fire on the vehicle. Fortunately, the passengers and driver managed to evade the attack and escape unharmed.

I don't understand this menace of herdsmen across the south.

Is it that southern governors are scared of banning them or what? Why not declare open grazing illegal and arrest and deport herder grazing openly in people's farms.

The north has the biggest landmass in the country, yet they'll leave it and come to our 5 plots to graze. Isn't that madness. Land that we're barely managing.

Truth is I don't understand how a sitting governor would fold his hands and do nothing while herdsmen kill, rape and kidnapp people across his state. Unless there's something they're not telling us. I sincerely believe that there's something southern governors aren't telling us.
