NATASHA WON'T ALLOW AKPABIO A BREATHING MOMENT, WHY?

I have read many comments above on Natasha vs Akpabio's suit in court. It is important to clarify that Natasha didn't sue Akpabio for sexual harassment rather she sued Akpabio and his aide for defamation; character assassination. The aide posted something like ' the only thing Natasha knows how to do is to pancakes her face and wear transparent outfits to the National Assembly". This is what Natasha is suing for.

The onus lies on Akpabio to sue Natasha on the allegations of sexual harassment if he is certain it's not true not his wife. The wife has no "locus standi" in this case.

On her suspension for unruly behavior in the red chambers, the severity of Natasha's sanctions show clearly that there was more to her punishment than her perceived "unruly" behavior in the house.
Please, who can remember any Senator that was suspended with the same level of severity as Natasha? Is her perceived unruly behavior against the SP weightier than Omoagege who stole Mace from the house? than Ningi who accused the entire Senate of passing two different budgets? was it any different from Akpabio confronting Saraki over change of seat? Let's be rational for once.

Remember, injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.

A senate colleague made an allegation instead of you to make a hearing on it you rush to suspend her for 6months ,withdrew constituents allocation and even withdrew her security. who does that if not in an agbado style of politics under the so called agbero rule of law

It's obvious that the acclaimed appearance is merely for formality to exonerate the SP. You can't be inviting two warring parties and you are already declaring the guilt of one and the innocence of the other, who does that?
Since you all already know who was guilty and who was innocent, just go ahead and pass your verdict.


If I were in Natasha's shoes, there will be three conditions to appear before the panel:
1) It must be TELEVISED live
2) Akpabio must step aside temporarily pending the conclusion of the investigation
3) my suspension must be lifted or nothing.


I am quite sure they will never consent to the number 1 condition, that should be enough to shun the panel

She was suspended for her violation rules in the House , now it another phase of her allegation of sexual arassment against Thier president . Let wait and see the outcome . Akpabio is not yet free untill investigation is done .he should be removed and dealt with according to the law if he is quilty and the woman too should be dealt with if the allegation is not real . If there was an evidence trust me Natasha would be quick to release it to internet. She did it to Reno omokri but failed.

If you claimed to be witness you are entitled to say what you know, but you don't have the right to pass judgement concerning the allegation.

Sue for defamation and other women will speak out, why this Akpabio case is dicey is that he may not have done it to her, she might be lying, but he has sure done it to other women, who may speak out if the case is escalates more than this.

My brother, you just came round to the point....now, this is why Natasha's matter can't be rested because that whole red chamber is a crime scene. She supposed to be recalled completely, for going abroad to damage the image of Nigeria. Has she exploited all alternatives possible to settle the matter before proceeding to abroad to tarnish the image of the country. The governor of her state is there, her party is there, the President of the country is there, you couldn't approach any of those to intervene, you proceeded abroad to damage our image, she should be recalled completely.

Even in ordinary labour law, if your employer places you on suspension, even if it is indefinite suspension, they will not ask you to drop you job ID Card, uniform, order you never to mention that you're a staff of that firm.

Because he knows it was not allegation

This distraction comes due to two things:
1. A runs girl is now in the red chamber, she now believe that touching body has a price

2. The Senate has no legislative agenda because they are basically rubber stamp holder of Tilumbu

Alas, the allegation against the SP is criminal in nature which is beyond the mandate of the Senate.


The Senate lacks jurisdiction in this case!


Only the pronouncement of the law court would put this matter to rest once and for all.



Again, the fairness of the Senate Committee on Ethics, Privileges and Public Petitions can't be guaranteed.

it's you that failed to read and comprehend. She was suspended for 6 months. Not to be seen anywhere near nass but they're not calling her for probe in the nass, the question to you and them, has the suspension lifted for her to come to pass? Is she now a Senator because they said she shouldn't be referred to as a Senator? Don't forget before the suspension, their was interim order that said she shouldn't be suspended, was the order obeyed? In a Senate standing order, if any case in court Senate stand such cases down but it was not obeyed.
