I've liked to believe that I wouldn't be shocked by much that happens in the US nowadays. And then I see things like this.
I am genuinely concerned by the level of racism being normalized in the US.

If you believe there is something wrong with a sign saying "Everyone is Welcome Here", you should probably go do some introspection.
And this is the same crowd that wants the Bible in every school. They should probably open it first.

There’s no hate worth this outcome. What did we gain?

Hundred of thousands of federal workers either fired or in limbo about their job security

Healthcare for old people (Medicare) on the chopping block. Same as Healthcare for poor people (Medicaid).

He’s toying with the idea of taking our retirement money (social security) that we’ve been paying into since we started working. Some people have been paying for decades.

Thousands of farmers going bankrupt.The stock market in free fall.

Defunding education and higher institutions. Some grad students are having their letters of admission rescinded because their research areas fall under DEI (for example studies one women’s health issues etc) so it’s illegal according to Trump.

Was it worth it? Absolutely not. But they don’t care. Hate is such a terrible drug.

You know what's sad these people will never admit their mistakes and will look for ways to vote GOP again.

Bigotry is powerful the earlier we begin tackling it and taking politics seriously we are not going anywhere and I say this about the entire Democratic world and not just the United States.
