An appeal is before the SC which means that the decisions of the Court of Appeal (a lower court in hierarchy) cannot yet be implemented until the appeal before the SC (the apex court) is rule upon.


By now, Nigerians should accept the reality that most cases often end at the SC.



Once the SC gives judgment, all litigations suddenly come to the last bus stop of seeking redress.
