The Relationship Between a Womans Nutrition, and The Conception of the Male Child


As a young Lady about to get married from atleast 25 years, you need to up your game in terms of good food / Nutrion


as a New mum, i am talking from my observation and experience.
most women who have mostly girls or who just gave birth to girl have lazy eating habit, before during and after pregnancy.

i can understand know that conception of a female fetus comes with morning sickness, that said, what about before the marriage
what have you been eating


a lot of my girl friends hate our local delicacies , ofe Onugbu with okporoko, asu mangala, they hate Vegetable soup, okro soup, ofe owerri
take them to Gevinik during dates, they will not eat fisher man soup, Ofe Ora/Oha , Ofe Okro, Ofe Eguzi nkwobi, mama delight soup.... this soups contain uziza seed, okpei, ogiri igbo, green leafy vegetables like pumpkins, ugwu, water leaves, stock fishes, dry fishes, meat fish among other

NO THEY WILL NOT EAT OUR IGBO / CALABAR ORGANIC MEALS, they will go to Gevinik rather order for Rice, Point and Kill Cat fish (wey them use chemical farm oo) Sharwarma, Chicken ( wey they use chemical feeds, Agric tasteless GMO chicken) Tufiakwa unu

As a woman our Organic Soups Listed above contain lot of micro Nutrients.

Now for the male child Conception issue, you need to up a lot of the essential micro nutrients, which are found in Fruits, and green Leafy Vegetable...

Because i read alot and follow Scientific Medical advices on youtubes , Science Journal.. before i got married. i knew about PCV

As a woman, do you know that your PCV should not be less than 35 percent before pregnancy, thiss will help your conception of a male child

you also need to up your VITAMIN C level, Citric Acid... your best friends should also be Oranges and Green Leafy Vegetable
at least take 4 Oranges a Day... Dont miss Load of Mango during Its Season

How will you get enough of Green Leafy Vegetables when you hate our Organic Igbo Soup
YOU NEED A HIGH HEALTHY CALORIE LEVEL EVEN BEFORE GETTING MARRIED, BEFORE PREGNANCY TO CONCIEVE A BABY BOY, THE Y CHROMOSOME SURVIVAL RATE IS MIND BLOWING, EVEN IF THE MAN DEPOSIT THE Y CHROMOSOME IN THE SPERM.
HOW WILL IT SURVIVE WHEN YOU ARE A PICKY SELECTIVE UNHEALTHY EATER

LEAVE weight loss until you born...
stop selecting food. eat those healthy food that will supply u will the right micro nutrient to hel survieve that yY CHROMOSOME, that is a baby. boy

The experience i had when i was pregnant, i didnt check gender. but i crave for healthy Nutrition like crazy. i moved from 64 kg to 90kg
my PCV was 40 percent....
in Summary you need lot of healthy Organic Food, GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLE SOUP, PLENTY ORANGES, MILKS, EGGS TO CONCIEVE AND DELIVER YOUR BABY BOY WITHOUT AN COMPLICATION....


CHECK THE HOSPITAL, MOST BABIES WILL COMPLICATIONS ARE BABY BOY. I UNDERSTAND there are genetic DNA factors to neonatal complications in male neonates, but at least get your nutrition right.

mummy of boys are heavy healthy Eaters, including my mother. i have 4 brother.

they are not dependth on indomie and sharwarma












1 Do you notice that Women who give birth to baby Boys are Heavy Eaters... they get more healthy Calories.... THEY EAT AS MUCH AS THEIR SONS
