➜The soup is served on a hot plate. The plate is preheated, usually made of earthen material or iron.
The plate is the source of the smoke(not steam)? huh

Why is the food smoking? huh
It's because of the black pot... The soup is either cooked or warmed with the pot... It's a cook and eat pot...

Much of London is made up of villages. What do you think village means? Reminds one about W. Soyinka and village mourners during his absence at C. Achebe's burial.

For an average southwestern Nigerian, everywhere in the southeast is undeveloped village.

Good but everything should be in moderation. At that age, he should cut down on meat unless he might have problems with his kidney.
Assuming he doesn't drink alcohol frequently, takes a lot of water and exercises frequently, I believe his kidney will still be functioning at optimal capacity.

Cause I've heard of people eating eba and beans..
No. That's Banga and it's the reigning, if not perfect, method of serving it.

Some of us have nothing to eat right now.
For instance, I am particularly without anything to eat. I only drank kunu and biscuits throughout today. I can't sleep this night due to pains from my tommy. I don't even know how tommorow would look like.
Life is just somehow
Just look at the picture and you will be belle full
