Yes he did. He said nothing is wrong with my throat.

I specifically told him I don’t have ulcer and told him I don’t have pain in my tummy despite him asking repeatedly.

The headache returned after I stopped taking paracetamol, that’s probably why he prescribed a stronger one.

He sent me lifestyle modification which basically will turn me to a priest.

*LIFESTYLE MODIFICATIONS*

1. The interval between meal and going to bed should be at least 3 hours

2. At least 45° head up while in bed

3. Sleep on your side while in bed

4. Don't fast

5. Don't take nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs eg Ibuprofen, diclofenac etc

6. Stay away from chocolate, ginger, alcohol, acidic fruits, carbonated drinks, coffee, Lipton and spicy food

7. Don't get angry/upset

8. Avoid anything your nose is allergic to eg dust, smoke, perfume etc
