1) there is SERIOUS INVESTMENT across board in CNG. Not just NNPC , other companies as well
it seems there is a quiet CNG revolution going down. a lot of majors are building mother stations and daughter stations

2) there is also EV investment. i have installed 10 chargers for a big concern and i have been informed some chinese guys plan to bring in very large numbers

all i am saying is there are opportunities. opportunities brought about by this administrations policies. Opportunity is knocking. Dont let the sound of the knocking be drowned out by background noise

- CNG is NOT easy or cheap to convert. Only Nipco provides a subsidised conversion rate. The last time i checked, it will cost you nearly 1m to convert a 5cylinder vehicle, with months of painful delays and back and forths. Then it will cost you an extra 300 - 500k to do the conversion in other centres. How many people can easily dole out that sum?

- Rate of gas consumption is dependent on the number of cylinder your vehicle has (just like fuel) and the pressure of the dispensing Point at the time. The more cylinders you have and if the pressure is low at the time you bought the gas, then you will find yourself going to thr gas station more often.

- The moment you port to gas, mechanics will be scared of touching your vehicle because of all the connections and contraptions of the gas kit at your engine area and boot. And if your vehicle has an issue, you will keep wondering whether it is the gas installation or something else that is the source of the problem. Of course, your first port of call will be the engineers who did the installation, but they will simply tell you to bring it for re-calibration, and they will plug in their laptop to re-calibrate, then refer you to your mechanic, who will then refer you back to them and you will keep going back and forth

- Parts availability is inconsequential here. You will always depend on the conversion centre for any gas-related parts

No single person has questioned why NYSC has continued to pay 33k which is 37k below the official minimum wage in this country for the past 10 months.

The federal government literally said there will be jail term for employers who pay below the N70k minimum wage

yesterday, we met with a company that is building a mother station in ajaokuta
foreigners. they were looking at engaging us as local partners
a massive opportunity and the project is going to happen
multiple majors across the board are building CNG stations.

you can join the people on social media arguing about the merits or demerits of converting a car to cng, or you can get paid in the construction or design of cng facilities

this is EXACTLY how a lot of people got rich in the 2000s by becoming suppliers and vendors for MTN and co when telcos were in their infancy
