raumdeuter:We are talking about 2025 u are talking about over 20 years ago when Cyber cafe browsing was a thing . ![]() U are so detached from reality of things in Nigeria in the present day but u will never agree. Whatever hustle u think u did back then, the youth of today are doing more by selling goods services and their skills online yet they are groaning under the weight of serious financial pressure. You see them almost everywhere on whatsapp status , tiktok and instagram selling one thing or the other just to augment their income. The so called minimum wage of 70k would not even scratch the surface on their basic needs (not wants sef) Maybe the government should kukuma drink their blood as part of opportunity cost na ![]() |

iamoyindamola:lolz. ![]() It was always obvious the guy is part of the "controlled opposition" in the last election na. He never really left APC na, he was just a contingency plan to divide votes in case APC wants to lose bulk votes in some certain parts of the state. Ultimately they didn't really need him sha cos Sanwoolu didn't really perform too poorly like that as governor. But I guess the whole ENDSARS thingy made him jittery |

So Wike wants them to impeach both Fubara and his deputy ? Amaewhule (the speaker) an Ikwerre man will then replace Fubara an Ijaw man barely 2 years into his tenure? Omo! If Ijaws don lose this one, make no ever make any yeye noise again for this country o. |

BlueRayDick:The point is that a broke graduate like me was able to raise some money from the minimum wage to start life, without that NYSC maybe I will be asking my parents for the money to go submit CV, browse at cyber cafe While there are NYSC members who are using 25k for Uber, and 20K for data, there are some broke people like me over 20yrs ago who are saving up the little to start life Not everyone in Nigeria is living the life and many are taking the little minimum wage to start life The bulk of Nigerians public plus private do not even earn up to 70K, so its a start up funds for many |

BlueRayDick:The game is the game. Fubara shot, and he missed. Time to kneel, close his eyes and take it as a man |

raumdeuter: ![]() If u don't make close to 70k in Nigeria today either through legit hustle, begging, borrowing or stealing u definitely can't survive in present day Nigeria. It's like u don't even know the damage Bulaba has done to this country. |

BlueRayDick:Not everyone lives in Lagos and not everyone enters Uber We dey see Graduate level position of IT engineers post f 100K on this same thread. Imagine how much they are getting paid in Taraba, Nasarawa Ekiti, Ebonyi. Some states never even gree to pay the 70k sef Go and check how much those private school teachers in those uncompleted secondary school make especially outside Lagos |

izzou:I'm not actually bothered about Fubara as a person, I'm rather concerned about the political implication of his ouster. Shebi we no even know the guy until Wike anointed him and installed him. I'm saying Wike went on Camera to call the Ijaw people weak and minority tribe of no consequence despite the fact that almost half of the LGA's in the state are ethnic Ijaw. Now he follow his outburst up by installing his own kinsman in an Ijaw man's place just to pour spit for their face. If Wike don succeed ehn, make no government take any Ijaw group serious again anytime they make noise in this country. |

Theflint1:I agree with this part APC keeps telling people that all politicians are the same, but nobody has shown Nigerians pepper the way they have...so much for all politicians being the same.I believe the APC ones are actually better ![]() |

raumdeuter:Who is with him now? Where are the ones who were egging him on? I don't believe he'll be impeached sha but it'll be easier for me to have a 3some with Beyonce and Shakira, than for him to be reelected |

BlueRayDick:Well, Wike didn't have a plan to impeach Fubara someday, so it is not as if Amawelleleelele was positioned to take over And it is not even about Ijaw, nothing will happen if any governor tries to install someone over another. Nigerians are not united, even up to hamlets and households. Amawelleleelele go be governor, and nothing go happen |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 4:09pm On Mar 17, 2025 |
iamoyindamola:Even in the NYSC handbook, the law forbids a corper from partisan politics or giving press conferences. It did not state anywhere that corpers cannot criticize the government Just see the organization wey person dey clap for because of 33k |

| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 4:18pm On Mar 17, 2025 |
izzou:They fit even do am and bring another Ijaw man to replace him. E.g Step down Amawellele make an Ijaw guy speaker. Impeach Fubara and promote the Ijaw guy to Governor then Amawehule resumes back as speaker Or like you said Amawehelele will become Governor and you will see Association of Ijaw society come out to support him when raba don change hand |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 4:20pm On Mar 17, 2025 |
raumdeuter:Maybe u didn't see the part where I said without begging, borrowing or stealing there. If u know how much debt those people u are referencing are currently into ehn....... Those private school teachers u are talking about are literally living on IOU, na wetin I know wey dey happen even before things bad reach this level be that. The way u just downplay people's suffering is just funny and not funny at the same time. |
