The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) should be dissolved. The laws enabling EFCC should be repealed.
Arresting people involved in the spraying of naira notes does not justify EFCC's existence.
In summary, EFCC is of no benefit to the general Nigerian population.

On March 17, 2025, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) arrested Kelly Okungbowa, also known as "Ebo Stone," in Benin City, Edo State, for alleged naira abuse. Okungbowa, formerly the coordinator of the Edo State Public Safety Response Team (PSRT), was suspended by the state government prior to his arrest.

The arrest followed the emergence of a viral video dated March 9, 2025, showing Okungbowa spraying and mutilating naira notes at a bar. Such actions contravene the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Act of 2007, which criminalizes the abuse of the national currency, prescribing penalties of up to six months imprisonment, a ₦50,000 fine, or both.

This is the way to go. But the VDM way. If na VDM do this finding e for don insult the man life, drag him family inside am, bring up the man's past of ten years ago to tarnish him. That's not the way to go. See how one post and many shares got this man his due punishment without many dragging🤷🏽. Things can be done in a better way
