Cause I’m hearing so many things. Give people their normal money. The day I hear such things again, you will tell me how. I will remove you from there.''

THIS ACTION OF WIKE DOES NOT RESONATE WITH TRAIL-BLAZING LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES. AN ADMINISTRATIVE PANEL WITH MEMBERS FROM THE PRIVATE SECTOR SHOULD PROBE THE ALLEGATIONS, FISH OUT ALL CULPRITS IF ANY, AND THEN HAND THEM OVER TO THE POLICE FOR PROSECUTION IN THE LAW COURTS. THAT WILL SERVE AS A DETERRENCE TO OTHERS. MEANWHILE, THEY SHOULD BE ON SUSPENSION WITHOUT PAY UNTIL THE MATTER IS CONCLUDED. IF FOUND NOT GUILTY, THEY SHOULD BE REWARDED WITH PROMOTION.

YOU DON'T WARN A PUBLIC SERVANT IF YOU ARE CONVINCED THEY HAVE FLOUTED THE LAW, YOU PUNISH THEM. THAT IS PROGRESSIVE AND IMPACTIVE LEADERSHIP.

You need to be stubborn and rugged to handle civil servants, else they mess you up. It's good Wike told him face to face of his removal if he does any hanky panky. Some of us have lost our conscience, people have been displaced, instead of easing their burden, it's to cash out on their predicament.
