These are valid concerns, but are there better ways to navigate situations like this, other than simply mandating 100% Akwa-Ibom quota? It's possible the state might not have the sort of talent these companies require in sufficient enough numbers...will the companies be forced to employ less talented Akwa-Ibomites even though they could get better qualified persons outside the state.
