Done everything (change browser, off desktop site, reload page several times, even used pi browser) stil not working. Pls has anyone encountered this problem? How can I go about it?
I have not been able to verify my Pi wallet address because of this since last week. My oppo reno 2f phone got damaged so I'm managing with a tablet device

Checked to see which browser I haven't used yet and discovered Phoenix. So I'm done with the pi wallet verification.
Make sure you hold your pi very tightly. Never share your secret phrase on any website or app apart from pi browser.
And don't sell your pi even if the value is @ $100. You'll cry if you do so.

I used phoenix browser. As you log into your pi to mine, a pop up will come out asking you to verify your pi wallet address. Follow the step carefully, then they'll send you an email asking you to verify your pi wallet address. Click the first link highlighted in blue, it will take you to your browser. There it will redirect you back to your pi app then complete your verification.

In my case, I had to use someone's phone to log into my pi account and do my kyc. That's the only thing that saved me.

Yes it was moved. But was returned recently because of pi wallet verification. As you know many pioneers lost their pi wallet address passphrase so it became evident for PCT to role out pi wallet address verification to save their hard earned pi from being lost forever.

Pls do that. Just look for someone with a better phone and complete your kyc.

I just login my pi . Want to start mining All of a sudden the stuff just popped on my screen that I should verify my wallet.. oboi im so happy but unfortunately it went rough again.. so painful I swear

I did my KYC around October 2024. I was placed on Tentative approval since then until January 2025 when I was successfully kyced. But before then, I did several live video checks before I finally passed kyc. Then on the 1st March 2025, my coins was migrated to my wallet.
