Sorry ooo, I need to ask this for clarity! What's your graduation year? You should be a class of 2020, were you born in 1980's because even if you're 1990 born you can still serve so far your graduation year is 2020.

Yeah, the only obstacle is the month in which you're born! For example if you're born may 1990 and you're lucky enough to have your name on the Senate list you will be allow to register in this ongoing batch B stream A. But if you're born June or July 1990 you may be disqualified.
