What exactly can we say are Extraordinary Measures

I believe this is very broad, and may include suspension of elected officers in that state.

The only concern for APC supporters are opposition states. So they don't mind if the Chief Executive also breaks the law to ensure his interests are met.

They don't care what is happening in other states the APC holds..even if people are killed. They are only concerned about politics and power!

Impeaching the governor is the business of the house. The governor should have found a way to sort it out.
